Tom Wolgamot, P.E., BCxA
Tom Wolgamot is a Principal Engineer and Principal in Charge of DC's Retail Markets group. Tom joined DC Engineering in 2005 after 15 years of leading the facilities engineering team at Albertsons Inc. Tom is a well-known leader in the refrigeration arena, driving the development and adoption of sustainable refrigeration system design which addresses the phase-down of HFCs. He also serves in leadership roles on ASHRAE and IIAR Committees and regularly presents at various industry conferences.

Dustin Lilya
Dustin Lilya is a Principal Mechanical Engineer and Client Lead for some of DC's most significant clients. Dustin has also played a critical role in establishing the company's Energy Services efforts, and expanding the company's project and production standards for the company's retail markets work. He is actively involved with NASRC, ASHRAE, BBA Refrigeration Tech Team and DOE to help promote the use of energy efficiency in designs. He has also published technical papers and presents at various industry trade events.
